产品概述（Product Overview）
Activin E is a key member of the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) superfamily. Primarily encoded by the INHBE gene and highly expressed in the liver, it is a dimeric protein (≈23 kDa) formed by two βE subunits linked via disulfide bonds. This kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitation of mature human Activin E Dimer from cell culture supernates, serum and plasma. The standard is a recombinant mature Activin E dimer protein, and the antibodies specifically recognize the mature Activin E dimer. Our ELISA Kit provides several benefits:

The kit is developed for quantitative detection of natural and recombinant mature human Activin E dimer (not monomeric INHBE) in serum, plasma and cell culture supernates.
It is for research use only.

Keep the unopened kit stored at 2-8 °C. Avoid using the kit beyond its expiration date. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was calculated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of Human Activin E is less than 60 pg/mL.
样本值（Sample Values）
Healthy and High BMI donor serum samples were evaluated for the concentrations of human Activin E in assay. The sample detection rate was 100%. Mean of healthy donor is 12.78 ng/mL and mean of high BMI donor is 28.13 ng/mL.
交叉反应（Cross Verification）
Activin E (Oligomeric/non-dimeric forms) and Activin C were detected in this assay. The cross-reactivity rate (%) is shown in the following Table.
批内差异（Intra-Assay Statistics）
Ten replicates of each of three samples containing different Activin E concentrations were tested in one assay. Acceptable criteria: CV＜10%.
批间差异（Inter-Assay Statistics）
Three samples containing different concentrations of Activin E were tested in independent assays. Acceptable criteria: CV<15%.
回收率（Recovery）
Recombinant Activin E was spiked into three diluted human serum samples, and then analyzed. The average recovery of Activin E for serum samples is 91.1%.
