应用说明（Application）

This kit is developed for determining the percentage of human mature lymphocyte subtypes, T cells, B cells, NK cells, T helper/inducer and T suppressor/cytotoxic cell subsets in human whole blood or/and cryopreserved PBMCs by flow cytometry.

It is for research use only.

存储（Storage）

Store the unopened kit at 2-8 ℃. Avoid using the kit beyond its expiration date.

Opened kit and reconstituted reagent should be stored at 2-8 °C and the shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

原理（Assay Principles）

Human TBNK 6-Color Cocktail Flow Panel used 6 kinds of fluorescent labeled antibody (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16/CD56, CD19, CD45) premix to detect the proportion of different immune cells in human peripheral blood lymphocyte samples in vitro. This kit uses flow cytometry to analyze the composition and proportion of human mature lymphocyte subtypes, such as T cells (CD3+), B cells (CD19+), T helper/inducer cell subsets (CD3+CD4+), T suppressor/cytotoxic cell subsets (CD3+CD8+) and NK cells (CD3-CD16+CD56+).
