蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™)
The protein has a calculated MW of 75.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-110 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
标记（Labeling）
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Biotinylated Human CDCP1 Protein, His,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

The purity of Biotinylated Human CDCP1 Protein, His,Avitag (Cat. No. CD1-H82E4) is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 90-110 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

背景（Background）
CUB domain-containing protein 1, also know as CDCP1. CDCP1 is a cell surface glycoprotein that has been recognized both as a tumour marker and as a potential target to disrupt progression of cancer. CDCP1 has been shown to modulate cellsubstratum adhesion and motility in colon cancer cell lines.
