电泳（SDS-PAGE）
Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-MMAE&MMAF Antibody, Mouse IgG1 on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-MMAE&MMAF Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. MME-BLS104) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 135-165 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Protocol
Immobilized Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-MMAE&MMAF Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. MME-BLS104) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-N5116) precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Disitamab Vedotin (RC48) with a linear range of 0.0078-0.125 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is a synthetic derivative of dolastatin 10 and functions as a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization. MMAE is widely used as a cytotoxic component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to treat several different cancer types. Anti-MMAE antibody is a Mouse monoclonal antibody. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: PK, PD, Immunoassay and ELISA.
