The HEK293/Human NGFR Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor full length human NGFR (Gene ID: 4808). Surface expression of human NGFR was confirmed by flow cytometry.

Expression analysis of human NGFR on HEK293/Human NGFR Stable Cell Line by FACS.
Cell surface staining was performed on HEK293/Human NGFR Stable Cell Line or negative control cell using PE-labeled anti-human NGFR antibody after fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde.

背景(Background)

NGFR (nerve growth factor receptor) also called p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR) contains an extracellular domain containing four 40-amino acid repeats with 6 cysteine residues at conserved positions followed by a serine/threonine-rich region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 155-amino acid cytoplasmic domain. The cysteine-rich region contains the nerve growth factor binding domain. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
