The resDNA Sample Preparation Kit Ⅱ provides a simple and convenient way to isolate pure DNA from biopharmaceuticals. After lysis of the sample, pure DNA bound to a magnetic bead can be easily separated from the aqueous phase using a magnet. IMPORTANT:This kit needs to be used in conjunction with the resDetect™ HEK293/HEK293T/Pichia pastoris resDNA Quantitation Kit (qPCR). It is not compatible with other resDNA Quantitation kits.
