resDetect™ Human Laminin 521 ELISA Kit (Residue Testing) is based on the ELISA sandwich method and is used to detect and quantitatively determine Human Laminin 521 residues in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. The kit contains GMP human Laminin 521 (ACROBiosystems, cat# GMP-LA5H24) to ensure accurate assay results and is designed to provide a reliable solution for CAR-T product quality assessment during drug development and CMC quality control stages. It can also be used as a universal detection tool for the quantitative determination of Human Laminin 521.

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples spiked with high concentrations of Laminin 521 were serially diluted with calibrator diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

GMP Human Laminin 521 Protein (GMP Laminin 521) is a recombinant human protein that provides a defined surface for in vitro feeder-free culture of multiple human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). GMP Laminin 521 has been proven to maintain normal growth characteristics and stemness in multiple PSC lines without simultaneous differentiation, which includes ESC, iPSC, MSC, etc. In addition, GMP Laminin 521 has been demonstrated to support PSC growth for >10 passages without any signs of karyotypic abnormalities and to maintain the ability of PSCs to differentiate into all three germ line lineages.
