CelThera™ GDT Cell Expansion Medium is a serum-free culture medium specifically developed to support human gamma delta T cell culture. It is a serum-free, animal origin-free gamma delta T cell maintenance and expansion medium.

PBMCs were cultured with γδT Cell Expansion Medium for two weeks. The results of the cell expansion showed that γδT Cell Expansion Medium (ACROBiosystems) can be comparable to Competitor products. Notably, the total cells and γδ2T cells exhibit better expansion in ACRO's γδT Cell Expansion Medium.
PBMCs were cultured with γδT Cell Expansion Medium for two weeks. The cell viability results showed that γδT Cell Expansion Medium (ACROBiosystems) can be comparable to Competitor products. Notably, the cells exhibit better cell viability in ACRO's γδT Cell Expansion Medium. The results of γδ2T proportion showed no significant difference.
