主题介绍：
She is responsible for analytical characterization support for commercial product comparability studies, release,process improvement, manufacturing investigations for therapeutic proteins and monoclonal antibodies. She is also responsible for developing analytical methods for product release and stability testing in support of analytical life cycle management with quality by design and up-to-date technologies. Prior to this position, she was a director at the Quality Control Technical Service and a scientific associate director at Analytical R&D of Sanofi Genzyme. She has successfully led several programs in analytical development at different clinical phases, including successful commercial launches for an oral dosage drug (Cerdelga) and a parenteral drug (Plenaxis).
She has worked at several Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical companies, held various positions with increasing responsibilities.She has also been actively serving AAPS with leadership roles in the past 10 years.
Jianmei Kochling received her PhD from Northeastern University.
