Dr. Yongsheng Xiao now worked in Innovent as head of Analytical Science and Technology.

Currently, he lead a team of scientists as analytical product owner to design, plan, advise, and monitor various analytical CMC activities for dozens of biologic products in Innovent. 

Dr. Xiao graduated from Beijing Normal University in chemistry as BS, and then received his Ph.D. training in analytical chemistry from University of California, Riverside. 

Prior to Innovent, he worked in BeiGene, Takeda US (L-Shire) and Biogen, where he led the analytical development and protein characterization work for a broad range of biologic projects, including antibody, recombinant proteins, and other new modalities, from early CMC through commercial stages. His work and contributions in biologics analytics have been awarded by several IND and BLA approvals.
